Hello! My name is Alexandra Huerta. I am an Instructional Coach and GT Advocate for Wooldridge Elementary. I graduated from Texas Tech University with my bachelors degree in History and Education. I received my masters in Policy and Leadership from the University of Texas at Arlington. I live with my husband and our two boys. We love to go to the movies, go swimming, take walks in the park, and read books. I love being a part of the Wooldridge family, and couldn't imagine a better place to work! I am always available to address any needs or concerns students and their families may have.
Hello! My name is Liz Rocha and I'm excited to get to know each and every one of you. I am a graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato where I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood - 6th Grade. I have two children, Keila Aleli and Alejandro. Both are grown, graduated from HS, and are currently on their own path in life. I enjoy running outdoors or on the treadmill and staying active with any type of work out class like Zumba or pilates. I very much enjoy drawing, painting and most of all creating crafts with my Cricut when on my free time. I love any shade of blue especially teal and turquoise.
I have been teaching at Wooldridge for the past 5 years. Previous to teaching here, I taught at PSJA ISD. I've taught in Pre-kinder, First Grade, Second Grade, and Third Grade. I love working at such a wonderful school with amazing teachers and staff. I'm looking forward to having a wonderful year filled with tons of learning experiences both academic and personal.

My name is Gerardo Galaviz I have been part of the Wooldridge community since 1999, I have been here long enough to call this place my home. I received a Bachelor’s Degree from Austin Graduate School of Theology. When I realized that being a classroom teacher was a great way to help our community I was alternatively certified by I teach Texas. I have taught Kinder, First, Second and Third and have enjoyed every year and every friendship I have made here. I am looking forward to overcoming the challenges that the 2020/2021 school year will bring. I am sure that with the help of our school staff and our community we will be able to thrive and exceed all expectations for this year.
When I’m not at school I enjoy helping out at church and spending time with friends. I also enjoy reading and working around the house, most of all I enjoy every opportunity each day brings and I want to impart that on all students.
